You will set standards, mentor creatives, and hands-on craft videos with a YouTube-first mindset for campaigns on YouTube and Meta. German language fluency and strong English communication are required. You’ll lead testing, optimization, and workflow improvements, manage agencies/freelancers, and build reusable systems to speed production while maintaining top quality.
