Overview As Engineering Project Lead, you guide the engineering team to deliver designs that meet technical requirements and production feasibility. You will own system architecture, design validation, and integration, collaborating with mechanical, hardware, and software teams. You’ll monitor KPIs across cost, quality, and schedule, and support manufacturing, design-to-cost initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This role offers a hands-on chance to shape advanced packaging machines within a integral innovation-driven group.
