Overview As a Software Product Manager at Roche, you bridge business strategy and technical delivery to turn a complex vision into working software. You act as the Voice of the Customer for an Agile squad, owning the backlog and guiding prioritization to ship high-value features. You collaborate with UX, Architecture and Security to ensure feasible, secure, user-centered solutions, while leading refinements and PI planning. You translate lab needs into technical requirements and demo increments to partners, helping shape Roche’s next-generation data ecosystem within diagnostics.
