Overview In this role you will own customer success for Veeva’s Commercial product line at a major customer, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, and Services. You will define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps, and establish post-deployment management to maximize value and adoption. The position is client-facing, with work from customer sites, home, or offsite, and focuses on delivering industry-leading CRM capabilities in the Commercial Cloud. You will collaborate with multiple Veeva teams to drive opportunities for product growth and customer impact, aligned with the company mission to transform the life sciences industry.
