Enterprise AI Value Strategist , join our General AI & Data Strategy Consulting team, specialized in

Supply Chain & Engineering (SCu0026E) , you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.

Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.

Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.

Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.

Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.

Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstratable AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects

High-value consulting experience,



including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience

Experience in managing senior stakeholders

Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems

Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills

Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities

Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients

Modern AI capabilities:

Understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.

Experience or exposure to LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search and AI-powered applications.

Ability to identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value and feasibility.

Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI and enterprise adoption considerations.

Experience designing, developing or supporting AI solutions from experimentation to production.

Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization concepts is a plus.

Technical skills: Python, SQL, SAP, Spark, Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure (AI), Neo4j, MLflow, Airflow, LangChain/Semantic Kernel

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish & English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
