While this is a remote role with a Spain scope, the ideal candidate should be open to traveling to client locations as required.
The following work will be carried out by Sales role on behalf of the ChemScene:
# Work independently to achieve sales growth target and reach sales goal in your responsible sales region in Spain.
# Promote ChemScene brand and products in the responsible sales region in Spain.
# Professionally contact customers via phone call, chats and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
# Customer inquiries follow-up, register ChemScene Spain entity into customer’s procurement system,
tender project follow-up.
# Represent ChemScene as an exhibitor at academic conferences, exhibitions and vendor shows to increase brand awareness and expand market share over local market
# Involved in other activities related to ChemScene sales & marketing activities, other relevant tasks allocated by reporting supervisor.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related fields.
# Familiarity with the chemical or biopharmaceutical industry and at least three years of sales experience.
# Willingness to work in sales and ability to handle a certain level of job pressure.
# Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
# Prior customer resources in the Spain sales region are a plus.
