Overview As Product Development Lead you will shape and execute the end-to-end product development strategy for footwear and accessories, coordinating with Design, Merchandising and Production to realize the brand’s creative vision. You will manage a small team, optimize processes, and ensure quality, feasibility, and timely delivery from prototype to GTM samples. The role emphasizes sustainability, supplier collaboration, and data-driven improvements to product innovation. You will work from Barcelona, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
