Overview In this role you own rider performance across Glovo’s 20+ markets, challenging targets and driving decisive actions with ROI in mind. You partner with Country Heads of Operations, Finance and General Managers to ensure a robust Controlling system, surfacing risks and opportunities early. You lead end-to-end performance visibility, trade-offs, and budget planning, turning insights into action at senior leadership level. You shape the controlling standards globally and push for impactful investments where justified.
