In this role you will lead regional market access for BeOne’s oncology portfolio, shaping policies with regional health authorities and hospitals. You will build strategic payer relationships, justify value through pharmacoeconomic data, and guide regional access initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally to secure tender and reimbursement opportunities and support launches at regional and hospital levels. This is a field-based position offering significant influence on regional access strategies and patient access outcomes.
Responsabilidades
- Define and implement market access strategies to secure regional and hospital level access by demonstrating therapeutic, economic, and societal value
- Manage institutional relationships with Regional Health Administration professionals and hospital decision-makers to influence policy and portfolio positioning
- Lead regional/hospital product introductions and negotiate central services, tender processes, and regional framework agreements
- Provide guidance for pharmacoeconomic data and budget impact models tailored to sub-national stakeholders
- Establish relationships with Regional Health Authorities, medical societies, scientific institutions, payers, and patient advocacy groups
- Communicate changes and trends in local health policy and patient access activities to cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, procedures, standards, and code of conduct
Requisitos principales
- 5 or more years in pharmaceutical industry in Oncology with dialogue with Regional Health Administrations and dependent organizations
- In-depth knowledge of the national health system and health policies of Autonomous Communities
- Leadership of relationships with key stakeholders within health organizations at regional level
- Strong scientific knowledge to defend and value clinical aspects in oncology
- Proven success in regional/hospital drug launches
- Experience negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement with public authorities at regional/hospital level
- Holistic and strategic vision
- Persuasive communication with strong presentation skills
- Languages: Spanish native and fluent English
