Overview In this Director role, you drive strategic transformation initiatives within Advanced Quantitative Sciences (AQS) to turn high-level strategy into concrete, measurable outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders across Development to shape enterprise-wide execution, governance, and operating models that enable scalable innovation. You’ll manage complex, cross-functional programs, balancing priorities and risks to deliver lasting impact in a dynamic environment.
