Overview As HR Manager for the Martorell JIT Plant you drive people strategy to align with production goals. You partner with the Plant Manager and Corporate HR to manage labor relations, planning, talent development and HR governance in a fast-paced plant. You’ll lead policy execution, recruitment, onboarding and development while safeguarding data privacy and compliance. Your work fuels engagement, inclusion and operational excellence at the plant. This role offers impact across labor relations, workforce planning and change initiatives.
