Overview In this role you drive the Business Continuity Management program in Spain, reporting to senior leadership and aligning with general colleagues. You will establish a greenfield BCM capability, lead BIAs and continuity planning, and oversee ISO 22301 certification to ensure resilience and regulatory compliance. You’ll design cross-functional training and run realistic exercises, coordinating internal teams and external vendors. Your work protects assets, reputation, and operational stability while contributing to a mature, auditable BCM ecosystem.
