Overview As EMEA Labor Relations Manager, you partner with HR and business leaders to navigate local labor and collective requirements across Southern Europe while contributing to EU-wide LR initiatives. You translate regional direction into local deployment, balancing employee trust with business velocity. You will provide expert counsel, develop LR capability, and influence cross-country change programmes. This role combines strategic and hands-on LR work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with meaningful impact on workforce relations.
