Overview In this role, you own the end-to-end strategy, design, governance, and lifecycle of Vodafone’s agentic AI products, including voice agents in the marketplace and managed services. You will curate first- and third-party agents, ensure safety, compliance, and quality, and enable SMEs to discover, buy, and scale AI agents. You’ll lead platform integrations, governance, and commercialization to deliver enterprise-ready agents with integrated billing and lifecycle management. You drive cross-functional alignment, rapid pilots, and measurable outcomes that support Vodafone’s growth objectives.
