Overview In this HR Specialist role, you partner with clients in Southern Europe to manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring compliant, smooth operations. You act as the in-country HR expert, guiding complex employee relations, contracts, and labour-law advisory. You’ll support immigration, mobility, and general HR transformations while collaborating with payroll, benefits, and legal partners. This role shapes how clients scale their teams across Europe with compliant, efficient processes.
