Overview In this role you will manage and resolve incidents on TD SYNNEX digital platforms, blending hands-on technical work with incident and stakeholder management. You will triage, investigate, and communicate issues to prevent recurrence, collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams. You’ll contribute to platform reliability and operational standards while supporting a cross-functional, general team. This position offers close work with production systems and a clear impact on service quality and platform stability.
