Field Sales Manager – Motorcycles

Madrid / Barcelona area

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the leading powersports auction and remarketing platform in North America, with more than 35 years of industry experience, 1.3 million pre-owned powersports units sold, and a network of 12,000+ dealers. NPA is now expanding across Europe and building its Spanish operation.

To support this growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Field Sales Manager who will play a key role in developing our dealer network and inventory across Spain.

What will you do?

· Acquire and develop relationships with motorcycle and powersports dealers

· Build NPA's inventory through purchasing and consignment agreements

· Promote a new and innovative remarketing solution to the Spanish market

· Help dealers improve stock rotation and remarketing performance

· Develop the market, initially focusing on Madrid and Barcelona

· Act as a trusted commercial partner for dealers and industry stakeholders





What are we looking for?

· Proven success in field sales, business development, or account acquisition

· Experience in motorcycles, automotive, mobility, powersports, vehicle remarketing, or dealer networks

· A business development mentality with strong relationship-building skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment

· Self-driven professional who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch
