This is not account servicing. At Storimake, account management is selling: your job is to grow the accounts we already have through cross-sell, upsell and expansion into new brands, departments and markets within the same groups.
Run expansion as a full sales process, with proper qualification and a real pipeline
Take handovers from new business and turn first projects into recurring clients
Comfort running a sales process rather than reacting to inbound requests
Bilingual: Spanish and professional English
Curiosity about content, marketing and how brands actually produce at volume
Experience in marketing services, media, creative production or similar industries is a plus.
