Overview In this SDR Team Lead role, you will guide a small outbound SDR team in the UKI region from Barcelona, focusing on coaching, development, and performance. You’ll partner with Sales leadership to shape playbooks, training, and processes that drive pipeline and accelerate growth. You enable your team to master Perk’s products and deliver value to prospects. This role offers impact through cross‑functional collaboration and hands‑on coaching to elevate junior talent.
