Overview As Senior Product Manager II, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and GTM for Deel’s global payroll/HR platform. You will collaborate with senior leaders, designers, and engineers to deliver a best-in-class experience to a diverse international customer base. You’ll tackle cross-team discoveries, define measurable OKRs, and balance speed with quality. This role offers impact at scale as Deel continues to transform global work. You’ll lead with autonomy to shape meaningful product outcomes.
