Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end Spanish payroll process, ensuring timely salary payments, taxes, and social contributions while keeping data accurate. You will support employees with payroll queries with a human touch and collaborate across HR, Finance, and external providers to maintain data flows. You will help automate People Operations workflows using Workday and AI tools, and build dashboards to monitor payroll metrics. This position sits within the Payroll & People Operations team in Barcelona, contributing to an international payroll scope and a broader HR automation agenda.
