Overview As Product Design Manager at Perk, you lead and grow a team of designers while shaping the design strategy for a Tribe within our SaaS platform. You collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to ensure user-centered, end-to-end experiences that rise to our scale and growth goals. You drive high-quality design delivery across multiple workstreams and advocate for the customer in a fast-moving, international environment. This role offers impact through shaping product direction and elevating design standards across the organization.
