Overview In this role, you will manage Linehaul Service Provider relationships for Amazon’s Middle Mile, ensuring partners are set up for success and aligned with performance expectations. You will coach LSPs, interpret data, and drive continuous program improvements across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, prioritizing for impact while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer experience. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how we move packages efficiently at scale, with travel as needed.
