Overview In this role you will lead a Make/Supply Planning transformation within the Europe region to redesign planning processes and build regional planning capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and optimize OTIF, cost-to-serve, and working capital. You will develop replenishment models and enhance distribution, customer service, and planning interactions, including e-commerce and logistics optimization. You will manage project scopes, timelines, and regional KPIs, driving tangible supply chain improvements while aligning with sustainability and inclusion goals.

ResponsabilidadesLead the transformation and continuous assessment of the supply chain, including end-to-end value stream mappingAnalyze and define business improvements and projects to optimize OTIF, Cost to Serve,
