Overview In this role you will lead and grow a team of outbound SDRs in the DACH region, driving pipeline and coaching through hands-on leadership. You will partner with SDR management to shape strategies, develop processes, and ensure team success in contributing to Perk’s growth. You’ll craft training, refine playbooks, and maintain data-driven operations to maximize output.
