Overview In this role you will lead the design, development, and testing of embedded firmware for Novanta products. You will work closely with hardware, software, and testing teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. You’ll implement new features, support motion control algorithms, and contribute to product propulsion from concept to production. The position offers impact across cross-functional teams and meaningful applications in healthcare and manufacturing.
