Overview In this role, you will lead Ferrer's global content strategy and establish a best-in-class Content Excellence model across brands. You’ll partner with Brand, Digital, Medical, and DD&Ai; teams to shape omnichannel content and accelerate AI-driven solutions, driving customer engagement and business performance. You will implement governance, enable global-to-local collaboration, and evolve content management capabilities within the Business Platform. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on scalable, compliant, and measurable content impact.
