Overview In this role you drive metrology-driven geometry validation for fixtures and components, collaborating with design, manufacturing, and purchasing to ensure tolerance convergence and quality. You’ll manage measurement campaigns, data analysis, and supplier interactions, shaping the geometry strategy for complex projects. You will empower cross-functional teams with robust measurement methods and tooling to enable reliable product delivery.

ResponsabilidadesDefine and write specification books for Checking Fixtures per customer requirements and standardsLead technical follow-up across design, development, manufacturing, validation and tuning of checking fixtures until plant acceptanceValidate commissioning of fixtures according to safety, functionality and accuracy requirementsDrive Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gauge RR) and provide operational trainingPerform dimensional measurement analysis and generate dimensional reports using Excel or MinitabPlan and execute measurement campaigns (1D/2D/3D)
