We care about making a positive impact on people, the environment, and the way we do business.MissionThe FP&A; Director for the CDMO business is responsible for leading strategic financial planning, performance management, and decision support across ESTEVE’s integral CDMO operations.This role acts as a key finance business partner to the CDMO leadership team, supporting growth, operational excellence, investment decisions, and long-range value creation across a complex international manufacturing network.The position plays a critical role in helping ESTEVE scale its CDMO platform globally while maintaining strong profitability, capital discipline, and customer-centric execution.RoleLead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes for the CDMO business.Oversee monthly financial performance review, including analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast and key variances.Provide financial support to commercial team in the preparation and evaluation of customer quotations, ensuring profitability,
cost transparency and alignment with CDMO pricing and margin objectives.Drive financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support investment, sourcing and cost optimization decisions.Develop, implement and continuously improve cost control tools, methodologies and reporting standards globally.Identify operational and financial performance levers and define relevant KPIs.Build and track business cases for investments and strategic projects.Act as a trusted advisor to management on performance improvement, risk mitigation and growth opportunities.Ensure an end-to-end view of operations, including risks, results and improvement initiatives.Define functional objectives and establish policies and procedures to support a robust financial infrastructure.Lead, mentor and develop the CDMO FP&A; TeamRequired StudiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering (required).MBA or Master’s degree in Finance (preferred).Other specialized knowledgeStrong knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence toolsStrong understanding of manufacturing economics and cost structuresLanguagesFluent English required (Spanish highly valued)Professional experience10+ years of progressive finance experienceSignificant FP&A; leadership experience with CDMO/Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals & Industrial multinational environmentsStrong exposure to manufacturing finance and operations partnering (cost controlling)Experience in international matrix organizationsExposure to transformation, scaling environmentsReady to join us on our purpose to improve people’s lives?
