Overview As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you drive end-to-end recruiting across regional markets, advising hiring managers and shaping sourcing strategies. You will deepen market understanding for WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa to attract top talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate and manager experience. You’ll leverage data and ATS tools to track recruiting outcomes and continuously improve programs. This role places you at the heart of Glovo’s mission to build the world’s leading talent house and support rapid growth.
