Overview As Operations Manager you drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements within the plant leadership team. You will lead Process and Maintenance, shaping performance and capability development, with cross-functional collaboration on productivity, infrastructure and innovation aligned to business priorities. You actively manage TPM-based improvement programs, RCA, and daily management systems to deliver sustained impact. This role offers strategic influence across operations and a chance to contribute to Essity's wellbeing mission. You will work closely with diverse teams to achieve ambitious targets and foster a strong safety culture.
