Overview In this role, you will own and harmonise the organisation’s global benefits and mobility propositions across multiple European markets. You will shape a coherent global rewards strategy, balancing employee experience with cost discipline while partnering with cross-functional teams and external providers. The role combines strategic design, governance and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, international environment. Your work will influence benefit philosophy, policy, vendor management and cross-border mobility governance to deliver commercial value and a stronger employee proposition.
