Overview In this role you will help shape the modernization of Cint’s Supply domain, migrating from a GO-heavy baseline toward a unified Java/Spring stack. You’ll design scalable patterns to move away from monoliths with zero downtime and collaborate with product teams to balance technical debt with new value. You will work across timezones, improve observability and reliability, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate refactoring. This is a high-impact position in a general, remote-friendly environment with a focus on delivering robust backend systems and a strong developer culture.
