Overview You will lead planning, execution and delivery of strategic IT and digital projects to evolve the company’s digital ecosystem. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across web, mobile apps, e-commerce, and system integrations to ensure scope, quality, timelines and budget are met. This role shapes customer-facing solutions and internal platforms in a fast-growing, international context. You’ll engage stakeholders and vendors to drive continuous improvement and secure scalable, secure outcomes.

timelines, KPIs and progress reportsEnsure solutions meet security, data protection, scalability and performance standardsCoordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment Requisitos principalesUniversity degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or related disciplineAt least 6 years of experience as IT Project Manager or similar, end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projectsProven experience managing mobile apps, corporate websites and e-commerce platformsExperience coordinating external development teams, digital agencies and technology providersGood understanding of API integrations, CRM platforms, payment gateways and customer-facing digital solutionsExperience with customer, membership, booking, reservation or business management platforms and their integration with other systemsExperience with integrated ecosystems of web, mobile, payments, and customer managementExperience in multi-site, international or fast-growing environments is a plusAbility to manage several projects simultaneously in dynamic environmentsStrong organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skillsAnalytical mindset, results orientation and continuous-improvement approachHigh level of Spanish and English, both written and spokenStrong organizational skillsExcellent communicationStakeholder managementAPI integrationsCRM platformsPayment gateways
