Overview As Senior Operations Manager, you will steer a 40–50 person team across application support, onboarding, and governance to scale a subscription SaaS business. You will shape an efficient, data-driven and automation-focused operating model during a major transformation. You’ll partner with Product/Engineering, Sales and HR to align processes, metrics and resources with business goals.
