Overview In this role you will partner with leadership to set a data-driven People Agenda aligned with business goals, coach managers, and drive development and retention of talent. You’ll advise C-level and senior leaders on people strategies, support employee engagement, and translate HR programs into actionable plans. You’ll work with a dynamic HR team across locations to enable business success and foster a high-performing organization.
