Overview In this role you will lead the development of Pathfinder, a strategic Life Sciences platform. You will drive architectural decisions within a cross-functional team, delivering a modern, scalable backend and improving engineering practices. You will mentor engineers and steer a greenfield product from concept to production, aligning with long-term platform strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role in an agile environment that aims to accelerate delivery and impact the life sciences industry.
