Overview In this role you drive digital solutions for Total Workforce Management, acting at the nexus of product execution, HR domain knowledge, and technical platforms. You’ll translate business needs into functional and technical specs and support roadmap delivery in a integral, agile setting. You collaborate with P&C;, Digital, and external partners to enable contingent workforce management, HR platforms, and people analytics. Your work focuses on governance, performance, and impactful, data-driven HR insights, helping Sanofi scale and innovate.

ResponsabilidadesServe as a functional and digital expert for Total Workforce Management with emphasis on contingent workforce and organizational designTranslate P&C; and business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the product backlogContribute to backlog management, refinement, and prioritization using Agile practices and JIRABenchmarks platforms, tools, and vendors to inform decisions on new or evolving solutionsSupport analytics platforms for Total Workforce and HR insights, including configuration and administrationCoordinate alignment between HRIS (Workday preferred), VMS platforms,



and analytics toolsEnsure data governance, security, privacy, and compliance alignmentMonitor solution performance, adoption, and quality; identify opportunities for improvementChampion a customer-centric and value-driven approach to deliver measurable business outcomes Requisitos principales3+ years in HR digital, product, or functional roles within People or HRBachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fieldStrong understanding of Total Workforce Management, including contingent workforce and external laborHands-on experience with VMS, HRIS platforms (Workday preferred), and analytics tools (e.g., Visier) from technical/administrative perspectiveExperience working in agile environments with stakeholders; JIRA experience; Agile certifications a plusStrong product and customer orientation with excellent stakeholder management and communicationAbility to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and shifting prioritiesFluent in Englishstakeholder managementcommunicationproblem solvingVMSHRIS (Workday preferred)analytics tools (Visier)
