Overview As an Integration / Data Engineer, you will design, build, and support scalable AWS serverless integrations across enterprise HR platforms. You will work with Solution Architects, HR product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing data exchanges between systems like Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and iCIMS. You’ll ensure data reliability, security, and compliance while optimizing integrations in a integral, matrixed environment. This role offers impact by enabling seamless HR data flows and improvements to the recruiter and employee experience.

ResponsabilidadesDesign, develop and deploy scalable serverless integration solutions using AWS servicesBuild and manage API-based and file-based (batch/ETL) integrationsDevelop backend logic in Node.js or Python for data transformation and API servicesCollaborate with Solution Architects and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsManage and optimize AWS infrastructure (API Gateway, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)Ensure security,
