Overview In this role you drive the global executive hiring strategy to attract and place VP+ leaders. You will help build a centralized in‑house executive search capability within the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, partnering with senior leaders and HR to raise leadership capability. You’ll map markets, shape search approaches, and ensure a high‑touch candidate experience while advancing diversity and long‑term succession.
