Delivery:

Own delivery across multiple concurrent client IAM engagements, plans, governance, RAID management, quality assurance; ensure consistent delivery methodology and standards across the practice Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as senior delivery escalation point for clients; build trusted relationships with client sponsors and steering committees; manage expectations, scope, and commercial conversations (change requests, extensions) Team Leadership:

Lead, resource, and develop a team of IAM project/programme managers and delivery leads across engagements; manage bench/utilisation and staffing across projects IAM Expertise:

Apply strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, PAM, SSO/MFA, federation, and identity governance to guide solution delivery and give clients confidence in the practice's credibility Commercial & Practice Growth:

Support pre-sales, scoping, estimating,



and proposal input for new engagements; identify growth opportunities within existing accounts; contribute to practice capability and methodology development Governance & Risk:

Ensure delivery risk, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all client work; support audits where required Proven track record leading IAM programmes/projects Strong PM/programme management background (Prince2, MSP, Agile/SAFe, or PMP) Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements and delivery teams Excellent client-facing stakeholder management and influencing skills, including commercial/contract conversations An understanding of IAM technologies and requirements (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk) Experience supporting pre-sales, scoping, or proposal development is highly desirable
