Overview As Scrum Master for two teams within an Agile Release Train, you enable high-performing, sustainable delivery of chronic care solutions that impact patient care. You’ll coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, foster collaboration across teams, and continuously improve ways of working. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, remove impediments, and optimize flow. This role offers a chance to shape agile practices in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment at Roche’s Vienna site.
