Overview In this role, you own and optimize the operational and commercial performance of suppliers in line with SITA’s strategy. You act as the supplier interface to manage process changes and metrics, and you design and oversee SLAs to minimize exposure from non-conformance. You work with cross-functional teams to improve contracts, governance, and performance trends, using data-driven insights.
