Overview As Integral Communications Systems Engineer you will help roll out and enhance Videojet’s customer-facing communications technology across Europe. You will implement and optimize the NICE CXone contact center platform, integrate it with CRM systems, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable service. This role combines technical deployment, business-driven design, and hands-on support to improve customer experience across multiple countries. You will collaborate with global partners and contribute to a high-visibility technology program that supports critical business outcomes.
