Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Architect at T-Systems, you define robust, secure, and scalable architectures in the Java ecosystem and lead the technical direction for complex business projects. You’ll shape cloud-native, microservices-based solutions and guide client discussions, proposals, and roadmaps while promoting innovative approaches. You will collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD and Kubernetes-based deployment, and drive modernization, AI opportunities, and platform engineering initiatives. This role combines technical leadership with architecture leadership to deliver impactful, market-aligned solutions.

Design microservices, distributed, event-driven, and cloud-native solutions

Define synchronization strategies for platform/application modernization

Identify AI and advanced analytics opportunities within proposed solutions

Technically lead project execution, set standards, and promote best practices





Act as a technical reference for the customer in workshops, roadmapping, and strategic decisions

Prepare technical proposals, estimates, and design documents (HLD/LLD)

Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes deployment strategies

Promote continuous improvement and simplification of architectures

Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans

Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team

Responsabilidades

Extensive experience with the Java ecosystem and associated technologies

Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs

Proven ability to lead technically and engage with clients

Experience in cloud environments (private and public) and Kubernetes deployment

Strong understanding of microservices, distributed architectures, and event-driven design

Ability to define technical roadmaps, proposals, and high/low-level designs

Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps collaboration
