Your Role and Responsibilities

In ABB Electrification we have a highly automated sales order entry system. We need an order entry specialist able to operate in this environment supervising the correct data entry taking corrective actions, and contributing to our continuous improvement process

Responsible for accurately entering customer Purchase Orders (POs). Driving cross-functional issue resolution (order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders), using the required tooling, in a timely manner and within the SLAs- Work model: LI-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Support internal and external customers through swift and precise order entry and issue resolution. Proactive communication with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information
- Manage clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, spike quantities, dates, customer and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system.



Liaisons with customers in case of inexecutable request dates/quantities to ensure on time deliverability according to customer needs. Monitors and escalate cases and repetitive discrepancies as needed.
- Collecting and archiving documentation related to orders and recording assumptions and decisions made during the process, in the systems, within your area of responsibility.
- Read, understand and follow the HSE guidelines and report discrepancies to leadership.

Qualifications for the Role

- FP2 or Graduated degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in Order Entry or Customer Support
- Knowledge in SAP, MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, AI Chat tools experience
- Fluent in Spanish and Good working knowledge of English (approximately B1-B2 level).
- Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
- Customer Orientation: Ensure commitments are met
