Overview In this role you will lead the Quality Department at the Barcelona-area plant, aligning quality policies with the overall business strategy. You will partner with plant leadership to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with international and automotive standards. You drive QMS implementation, audits, and continual improvement, while developing talent and promoting a safety-first culture.
