Overview As a Growth-focused strategist in Supply Operations, you drive tutor behaviour change and tool adoption at Preply. You’ll own end-to-end roadmaps, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, and align cross-functional teams to launch policies and programmes that empower tutors and improve learner outcomes. You’ll translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measure impact with data. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on orchestration to scale tutor engagement globally.
