As the world’s largest IT distributor, our mission is to deliver top-class technology solutions that enable businesses and individuals to navigate the digital world in a safe and efficient way.Job PurposeWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Ledger Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals and support the delivery of accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team accounting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounts to ensure compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.Perform financial statement reviews, balance sheet and P&L; fluctuation analysis, and support management reporting.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive service excellence.Support SOX compliance requirements, internal controls,



and audit activities.Manage fixed asset accounting processes.Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.Contribute to finance transformation projects and other strategic initiatives.This role offers the opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise, people leadership, and process improvement in a dynamic international environment.Knowledge Skills and Experience3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a multinational or Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.Previous people management or supervisory experience.A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for developing people and driving efficiencies.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Strong knowledge of SAP and BW/HANA.Advanced Excel skills.Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.SOX compliance and audit experience preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Adaptable team player with a continuous improvement mindset.Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.Why You’ll Love Working With Us
