and international stakeholdersAble to take ownership and make decisions independentlyStrong communicator and team playerInterested in AI, technology, education, and talent developmentFluent in Spanish and EnglishYour responsibilities may include:Managing olympiad accreditation, governance, reporting, and relationships with competition boardsLeading team selection: registrations, competition rounds, communications, results, and documentationGrowing participation through relationships with schools and institutions across SpainCoordinating team training, coaches, academic activities, and residential campsManaging event logistics: venues, travel, accommodation, catering, insurance, safeguarding, suppliers, and budgetsRunning communications, social media, PR, landing pages, and stakeholder materialsDeveloping partnerships and sponsorship opportunitiesRepresenting the competitions at schools, conferences, fairs, and industry eventsTracking programme performance and identifying improvements for future editionsNice to Have:Background in programme, project, or event managementExperience in education, competitions, camps, or working with studentsExperience managing partnerships, sponsors, budgets, or suppliersStrong presentation and stakeholder management skillsMarketing, communications, or PR experience
